"Downspout from roof over 2nd story roof and connecting gutter came lose in storm and fell off house. Did not call company who installed gutters, as we were not happy with their work. Called Richard of R&R Roofing to see if he could help. Found out that they repair/replace gutters, siding and windows in addition to roof work. "Bruce was excellent about communicating with us to quickly schedule a consultation. We had a pesky group of rowdy squirrels who gnawed into our inaccessible attic. Bruce came by, was extremely polite, professional, and kind to my wife, who was handling this situation. Bruce made an assessment of the damage, and found a source of a leak we were told had been repaired! He showed us photos of the problem areas, and put together a proposal that included what was to be fixed, what materials were needed, and a quote for much much less money than we anticipated. Bruce and his team were are extremely quick; finishing our project in only 1 day. He had photos to show us all the repairs, including extra work that he completed to fix the roof bathroom exhaust pipes that had corroded, and shingles that were leaky and damaged around the chimney.
