"Very professional, kept me apprised when they were coming. He explained the scope of the project, gave a reasonable bid and did half of the work himself. I will hire him again when I need a roofer."

"Had roofing repairs done. Fair price and good work. Answers Construction evaluated and discussed options to cut cost. Also had exterior house painted. Superb job was done. Also had tile work done in two bathrooms. Answers Construction reset toilet after tiling and actually did a better job setting the toilet than the plumbing company did. Tile work was very nice and my wife was very pleased. Happy wife, happy life. I wIll certainly employ Answers Construction for future jobs."

"Jimmy put in both doors with an eye for detail that was above and beyond what I could have expected. He took the time to make sure both doors were installed absolutely square and level. <br /> The quality of Jimmy's work was absolutely top notch. Add to that a very professional attitude and a pleasant disposition, and I couldn't have had a better experience. <br /> If I ever need any remodeling done in the future, I would not hesitate to use Jimmy Brown Costruction again, and have already recommended him to friends and family. <br />"

"The service person who came was very informative and did a great job. Found out microwave was going to be replaced. Choice gave me a small amount of money to replace the microwave and Choice will not install it for me, kind of upset with this however I will continue to have Discussions for the replacement value!!!"

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."

FAQs for flat, foam, or single ply roofing installation and replacement projects in West Yellowstone, MT

Many roofing pros point to PVC as the top performer on flat roofs thanks to its tough seams and long-term waterproofing. A properly installed PVC membrane can last 30 years or more, resisting ponding water and harsh weather with ease. You will pay more up front than you would for EPDM, but the added durability often translates into fewer repairs and a lower cost per year of service.

Yes, a rubber roof is an environmentally friendly choice. Most rubber membranes contain recycled content and can reflect heat, which helps trim cooling bills in hot weather. Manufacturing has a lighter footprint than many traditional materials, and the long lifespan means fewer tear-offs headed to the landfill. If sustainability is a priority, ask your roofer about brands that carry third-party eco-certifications and confirm they meet local environmental standards.
