"Guilmar not only came on time, he arrived 10 minutes early! I had 2 door problems, kitchen screen door that wouldn't open, and bathroom door that earlier had fallen off. Guilmar fixed both problems, he analyzed it and then efficiently solved both problems. And it didn't take him long either as he knew what to do. I am completely satisfied, and will use Guilmar for any work I need done, big or small!"

"Although this job completed within the expected timeframe, the noteworthy item about this job was Felipe's ability to troubleshoot unexpected problems and either solve or propose alternate solutions. Several times, throughout this project, I though we had hit a roadblock and that I would not get the result I wanted; however, Felipe always came through with a solution that either met or exceeded my expectations! Felipe pays close attention to details to make sure that I am a happy and satisfied customer, and he will go through incredible lengths to achieve that successful result. For example, we had difficulty finding the security doors I wanted and the replacement tiles I needed. I was at the point of giving up, but Felipe persevered and the end result was extraordinary!!! This is just one example of why I am a repeat customer! Thank you, Felipe, for another job well done!!!"

"Derek fixed my folding laundry room doors.. I thought that they were literally gone. I was prepared to throw them away and buy new ones. "Nope, I can fix this." Derek said. And he did. They work better now than when I initially bought them. Derek is friendly, smart and very knowledgeable. I could not imagine how he was going to fix my plantation shutters. Once again, he was able to repair them, I have some flooring that I need to replace and I am making a plan with Derek to do that as well. I do not think that there is anything that Derek can not fix. I am so happy that I found Derek. This is my first time using Angie's List. If Derek is the type of professional that is on Angie's List, I will use nothing else. Five Stars to Derek at Local Home Services."

"All of the work Mark did could not possibly look better.  He is fantastic and I would absolutely recommend that you hire him for any of your tile needs.  He is an absolute perfectionist and thinks through every single detail before he continues to work.  The kitchen job he did for us looks gorgeous and I can't tell you how many compliments we get on his work every time a person steps foot into our home.
In addition to his great work product Mark is just a really great guy.  He is respectful, he is honest, fair and he shows up on time and does exactly what he says he will.  He even went above and beyond to fix things for us just because they needed to be fixed.  For example, he put some WD40 on our door hinges so they would stop squeaking and even fixed our under-cabinet lighting in our kitchen.
One other outstanding qualities of Mark's is his vast breadth of experience.  It is SOOO valuable to work with a guy like Mark that has 30 years of experience. It's highly unlikely that you can show him a job he hasn't seen before and he pulls on those experiences to ensure that your job is done perfectly.  He can also offer you great advice that he's learned over the years (i.e. what color tile goes with your counter, what styles are people using today, what color grout looks best with your tile.)  For example, we were planning to do a plain white sub-way tile in our kitchen and were just going to get a regular shiny white one from any basic store. Mark said, this is just a suggestion but you might want to consider using the matte style which is much more modern and being used more in kitchen's today.  AND we love it and are so grateful that he made that suggestion!!!  The patio, the bathrooms and the wet-bar jobs also look fantastic and there is not one single thing I wish he did differently in our home.  If you are in search of a custom tile installer your search should end here, hire Mark!!!  I assure you you will be extremely happy with the end result and working with him throughout the process.

"Two things in my kitchen were very annoying; the back door would hit the floor and I had to lift up on it to get it to open all the way and the kitchen faucet has very low water pressure.  Les cam over and fixed my door by putting a shim under one of the hinges.  He didn't have the tools to work on my faucet and said he would fix it when he came over again.   He also adjusted my cabinet door closing magnets so they would close better.  He did that without my asking.  We talked about him installing ceiling fans in my den and living room.  He told me to have an electrician first instal the electrical box where I wanted it and then he would come back and instal the fan. Les is a very nice guy and his price was very reasonable.  I will be calling him back to instal those fans and fix the faucet.

"We had an excellent “remodeling” experience with Zohar! Zohar came over to discuss our kitchen and bathrooms remodeling project - he listened, was courteous, gave us many options, gave us an estimate and time frame for the entire work. We found him to be slightly on the pricier side, but we would hire them again in a heartbeat! Absolutely worth each and every penny! Zohar showed up on a regular basis to make sure all was on track and was available any time we had a question/concern. He walks with you through the whole project and is in constant communication. He then gives you a 3D version photo, with the tiles you select so you can see what your kitchen and bathrooms will look like before even starting - super cool. Zohar would also approve any purchases to ensure everything would fit properly (vanity, mirror, toilet, shower fixtures). Was very comforting to have someone available to assure that all your purchases would work out. Zohar’s team was great–they know their stuff — he knows what he’s doing! All the guys were very polite, respectful of my privacy, and cleaned up every day. The work finished on time, and we were so pleased that the project cost exactly what Zohar quoted. We look forward to working with them again on our next project!"
