"I stared to look for a plumber after I found water under my water heater. I jumped on Angi and posted my issue. With in minutes....Art messaged me and said he can be her 1st thing in the morning. BTW. This was 10pm at night. His quick response was a plus for me. I had one other respond but he over extended himself to my need. He came at 7amd and said....you need a new water heater. I can got get one and install it now. I was a bit reluctant and he said call me when your ready and left. My wife said his prices looked fair and he seemed like a good plumber. I called him back and said lets dance. He was back at my home in a hour and 1/2...and started the work. He protected my carpet and placed plastic on it. He warned my that maybe the cost might go up due to the age of the pipes and valves. He had the old one out and the new one in an an hour or so. He was quick, clean and polite. "Simi Valley - Service is good but they are pricey. Drain line under bathroom sink needed to have p-trap and clean out plug replaced. Hands were pretty much tied with an open clean out. Gave price of 2400. To make the repair. Now, I know it could be opening a can of worms but it could also be an easy repair, which it was. It was a 4 to 5 hour job. Probably won’t be using them in the future."

"Excellent service. Kevin came and assessed the problem. He provided me with a quote that seemed very pricey at that moment in time in comparison to other quote I got earlier from another plumbing company, who gave a quote without opening it up. After seeing the amount of work it took almost the whole day, the price seemed reasonable. Apparently they didn’t make the part anymore, and the replacement part didn’t fit perfectly well, but he got it to work at the end of the day. But there was no hot water the following day when we took a shower so he returned and spent another half day to get it to work. I really appreciate that he came by immediately to rectify the problem and complete the job. "

Jason and his coworker Hulices took about 3 hours to complete the job. They were both extremely courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. We felt very comfortable having them at our home, and their work was outstanding. We were particularly impressed with how fast the project came together and that is was fully completed the same day. We also had guests arriving soon, and there were going to be 6 people in the house that weekend, so we couldn't risk having a damaged water heater. So, they really saved us!!"
