"Wonderful customer service and professionalism from both Leslie and Nathan! Very reachable and quick to respond to texts, calls and emails. They replaced the roof and gutters. Repaired water damage and painted ceiling. Clean up was done each day and they worked fast to complete the project. They worked with my insurance company and fought for me to get the best price and full repair paid for by the insurance company. I contacted several companies and this one was the only one that followed through and went above and beyond my expectations for repairs and replacement. "Russell Hill was the one bright spot of replacing my roof after storm damage. My insurance company dragged their feet for 6 months and initially refused to cover it's replacement or repair. After talking with different roofers, I went with Russell Hill because they were willing to help me through the process of "fighting" insurance. They helped me hire a public adjuster and would periodically check-in with me to assure me that I hadn't been forgotten and that the adjuster was still working on my case. Ultimately, they were right about the damage being covered by insurance and after a few months insurance agreed to cover it. Russell Hill quickly scheduled the replacement after confirmation and actual install of a ~1800 sq ft house roof replacement (including some roof element upgrades) took a day. Their staff was friendly, responsive, and helpful."

"It went very well. Rob explained all of the procedures and everything went as planned. He helped all along the way with filing an insurance claim so that I just had to meet my deductible. Rob helped me pick the color and type of shingle. I am very pleased with the results. There was no damage to my landscape or property during the process. "I called Element Roofing a roof inspection due to my roof being older and needing to replace it. Jeremy arrived promptly and on time and did his inspection. I was ready to pay out of pocket, but after Jeremyâ s inspection, he found hail and wind damage to the roof. Jeremy helped me file a claim with my insurance carrier and met my adjuster on site to make sure the adjuster didnâ t miss anything. Unfortunately the claim was denied, but there was substantial hail and wind damage as evidenced by Jeremyâ s documentation. We asked for a reinspection, and the claim was denied again. Jeremy went to bat for me with my insurance eventually leading to a full roof replacement paid by insurance including skylights, powered vents, gutter guards, ridge vents, and painting. When the work was taking place, all the workers arrived on time. I was impressed that the roof was done in one day. Also, the painting and skylight, and gutters crews were extremely professional, and I couldnâ t be happier with how all the work turned out. "All-American Restoration is hands-down the best company I have ever used for roofing. Brad is an amazing person and treats his customers with respect. We used him a few years ago to roof our house when we were selling it and found out in the inspection it had hail damage. The timing for the work was critical because were also moving to a new house and needed it done fast. His crew was out literally the next day and had it done the same day. We also used him to repair our existing roof due to some wind damage. He worked me in the schedule and fixed it before rain was expected. If it would have rained before the repair, it would have been catastrophic. His prices are very competitive. He is a good person and will treat you right! I HIGHLY recommend him."
