"JD Hostetter is a great company! Tom the owner will come out personally to give an estimate and he is honest and trustworthy. We had our roof replaced, our homes exterior painted, some siding replaced as well as two exterior dormer windows replaced. My daughter has used this company as well for new gutters as well as exterior painting. The workers are always friendly , professional and experienced. They answer all questions that you may have and leave the job site spotless after the job is completed. The office staff is always helpful and friendly as well and promptly return calls. I highly recommend JD Hostetter. They are reasonable on their job quotes too. You will not be disappointed if you use this company!"

"Such a great experience! Corey came out to our home and walked me through the insurance submission process. He e work with the adjuster to get the best deal for us. He brought shingle samples to our home and explained the differences. He submitted an additional subrogation claim, to get us additional funds from the insurance company, where the insurance overlooked coding requirements. The crew that came out completed the work in one day. I would recommence it to anyone."

(We dreaded the process because we recently installed new landscaping around the house.) He and his crew took great care of the landscaping, installed new hail-resistant shingles, mediated with the insurance company and was on site each day to supervise. "I contacted Russell Hill Contracting, LLC, for minor roof repair (replacing/reattaching 6-8 shingles) after recent storms. We were eager to get the shingles replaced/reattached because more rain and storms were forecasted for later in the day and over the next few days. Mr. Baker came to our house late afternoon of the same day I contacted the company. Earlier that morning, I spoke with someone from another company that was going to charge $375 for an appointment within 24 hours as an 'emergency service call'. The emergency service call would include an inspection of the damage and an estimate for work that would be performed in ~ 10 days. A tarp could be placed as temporary remediation to prevent damage with the forecasted rain, and the cost would be included when the work was subsequentally performed."

"We purchased this home about 10 months ago. Just under a year ago, All American did a full new roof installation (home seller left the receipt for us). When evidence of a leak developed from a pipe/vent boot, I called Brad the owner and explained the situation, especially given that the roof and vent boots had been installed less than a year ago. It turns out this particular vent boot had been replaced by another vendor after the roof installation (for reasons unknown, prior to our purchase). Knowing this, Brad sent a worker to make the repair (new boot and shingle sheet) even though they were NOT responsible for the inadequate install of the prior boot.
