Keith remodeled our hall bathroom for us in 2015 and we were so pleased with his work that we wanted him to remodel our kitchen in February 2021 and could not be more pleased. The kitchen is more beautiful than we could have imagined. We knew we wanted him to remodel our master bathroom so we scheduled it when he finished the kitchen. He just finished the remodel of our master bathroom and master closet on Friday and they look absolutely amazing! We couldn’t be happier with our new bathroom and closet and Keith’s work. "It took awhile to get everything selected for the new design. Wayne started started when he said he would and was flexible as we needed a one week later start than his initial plan. He showed up on time everyday and stayed focused on our job. He takes care to keep the area as clean as possible. He puts down tarps every single day so that he is not walking on the carpets. We appreciated this approach so much as contractors many times act like it is an inconvenience. Wayne doesn't cut any corners. All the fine detail was done meticulously. The materials he uses are of high quality. We had one change order during the process to make our medicine cabinets recessed. It was going to add another day. He is very busy but took this in stride and made the change acknowledging that it was going to make the overall design that much better in the long term. His work is not cheaply priced but you certainly get the value that you pay for in his work."

"It was excellent! Our family could not be anymore satisfied with Mike and Judy's professional guidance and attention to detail, for our total kitchen remodeling. We are a family of five and Mike worked daily, persistently, to get us back into our kitchen. Everything went smoothly, ordering cabinets and countertops, flooring and tile .We were impressed with Mike's cleanliness. "At the beginning the work started well but by the end the quality of work especially the drywall was subpar. Tom is slow in getting a quote to you but does respond. Tom is very nice but his staff is not professional especially Dave. I thought with Tom being in business as long as he has would be able to provide in a professional manner quality work. It is not true. Tom asked if I wanted his guys to take up the carpet. I thought ok. However, they tore up to 10 inches of drywall off many of the walls. They attempted to repair them but the work was subpar. I thought they were winding up work so I contacted the painters. The painters came in. There was tension between the paint foreman and Tom's crew. They were squabbling like elementary children on the playground. (I am not happy with the painters either but this is a separate matter) The walls unfortunately got painted with the poor drywall job. The painter did provide a drywall person to repair the worse spots. There are still poor spots on the walls but I wanted Tom and his crew out of my space. Each of the respective parties were blaming each other. This behavior is so unprofessional. On Friday last week, Dave was yelling at me over errors I did in trying to improperly apply color to the walls so I could see what it looked like (I applied the paint way before any drywall began). Again, because of poor communication the painters just painted over the poor drywall job. I did agree to pay for it since it was my mistake that should have been brought to my attention long before it was even painted over. Dave did such a bad job that there were air bubbles in the drywall because he did not let it set before he painted over it. Tom did have his other guy fix it. It looks better but not perfect. I had Tom put two new toilets in the space. There is now a big gash in the brand new floor where the floor doe not meet the toilet. There was not even going to be an attempt on Tom's part to fix this. In my opinion, all of the unnecessary drywall could have been avoided by properly having his guys take up the carpet right to begin with. I paid over $8,000 for unnecessary drywall, If you only have Tom's crew do the bare minimum that you need done for your project, then you are in good shape but BEWARE of them doing anything extra as it will cost you!"
