I called them the morning after losing power in a snowstorm to see if they could install a 30AMP/240VAC inlet plug on my house to run the generator through. Not only did they take the job, but Cynthia spent the next day trying to help me find the very hard to find parts I needed during the storm. She really went above and beyond for a customer she has never met and has never worked with before. Once I had everything I needed, they were at my house within a couple of hours and had me set up and power back on in my house. The work was done quickly and professional and the price was great. "We purchased the home a month before all of our electrical issues started. Come to find out that water was following the main wire into the panel, and moisture was building behind the breakers. We found the problem when a circuit became overloaded, and the breaker didn't trip, causing the wire to overheat and almost cause a serious fire inside the wall void and drop ceiling.
