"They did a good job, BUT never asked us about the finish we wanted and they changed the colors of our floors by many shades. Agreed to put an extra tinted coat on but didn't show up twice. So I'd be very careful about communicating what you want with this company, if you are going to hire them."

"Ricky, the owner was very professional and took an extra day to finish the project as the finish sucked into the floor and needed an extra coat. He did not charge for this service. I was very happy with the results and the price. There was hardly any dust to contend with. The floor still has an odor to it not sure how long that should last."

"I was not happy with the results of the hardwood floor refinish. I paid $1,500 to get my floors done, and ended up with a mess. The issues I found were that the entire floor has imperfections in the finish - I wanted a satin finish, but was pushed to get a semi gloss that I was not happy with and nothing was corrected because I had paid. He said he would come back but also would charge me instead of standing behind his work. I have attached some pictures. Other issues were that the poly was applied so heavy that I had dry puddles on the floor. I had other quotes for $800, but Kevin's quote included the baseboard install and I wanted it all done."

"Wow! We have been so incredibly impressed by Ozzie and his team. We were moving from Boston to Harvard and had about 6 weeks between closing and when we had to move to do a bunch of work on the new house. Ozzie did so much more than just the floors for us. Every time we mentioned another project, he quickly would say â we do thatâ , and indeed he and his workers not only did the work, but did it quickly, with high quality, great communication, timeliness and of course a great price. Just to summarize what they did: 1) Sanded, stained and new poly on all of the wood floors (a lot of square footage). We did provincial stain with satin finish poly and they are gorgeous. 2) complete interior painting of all walls, ceiling, trim, doors, closets 3) sanded and refinished the kitchen cabinets to make the tired old wood cabinets have a completely new life.. (this is an incredible option to quickly and inexpensively give your old kitchen a completely new feel). He used a different white enamel and removed all the knobs and hinges and then reattached everything for a very custom look. He also did the same for the first floor bathroom and it looks AMAZING. 4) put down new slate tile in the kitchen and bathroom (previously was older linoleum). The dark grey natural stone looks beautiful with the white counters and new paint job. 5) installed new backsplash subway tile. Overall we could not be happier. His price was. Fantastic, and Ozzie is a genuinely good guy with a great crew. We will absolutely continue to work with him on future projects and have recommended him to my brother and fiends already."
