"Rocky and his team did a phenomenal job renovating my newly purchased apartment. It was a total renovation including all rooms, floor, ceiling, walls, etc. and we could not be happier with the outcome. Here are the things you can expect when working with Rocky: -Transparency and flexibility in pricing -Consistent updates and communications throughout the projects -Notified early in case there are any potential issues -Timeliness and reliability, they do their best to get the job done within your time frame Rocky provided a very thorough assessment of the project up front, and even took a few measurements early before providing a quote. He had a very detailed scope document and was very honest and transparent when there were scope changes. Most importantly, he cares that you will be happy with the project, and sent his crew multiple times after the project completed to help out with minor touch ups. "Wow! We have been so incredibly impressed by Ozzie and his team. We were moving from Boston to Harvard and had about 6 weeks between closing and when we had to move to do a bunch of work on the new house. Ozzie did so much more than just the floors for us. Every time we mentioned another project, he quickly would say â we do thatâ , and indeed he and his workers not only did the work, but did it quickly, with high quality, great communication, timeliness and of course a great price. Just to summarize what they did: 1) Sanded, stained and new poly on all of the wood floors (a lot of square footage). We did provincial stain with satin finish poly and they are gorgeous. 2) complete interior painting of all walls, ceiling, trim, doors, closets 3) sanded and refinished the kitchen cabinets to make the tired old wood cabinets have a completely new life.. (this is an incredible option to quickly and inexpensively give your old kitchen a completely new feel). He used a different white enamel and removed all the knobs and hinges and then reattached everything for a very custom look. He also did the same for the first floor bathroom and it looks AMAZING. 4) put down new slate tile in the kitchen and bathroom (previously was older linoleum). The dark grey natural stone looks beautiful with the white counters and new paint job. 5) installed new backsplash subway tile. Overall we could not be happier. His price was. Fantastic, and Ozzie is a genuinely good guy with a great crew. We will absolutely continue to work with him on future projects and have recommended him to my brother and fiends already."

"Ricky, the owner was very professional and took an extra day to finish the project as the finish sucked into the floor and needed an extra coat. He did not charge for this service. I was very happy with the results and the price. There was hardly any dust to contend with. The floor still has an odor to it not sure how long that should last."
