(prompt as promised) Without jumping to conclusions of what could be the cause He is working with me on possible solutions without prematurely digging up my foundation/waterproofing process when that might not even be the solution. How easy it could be for a company without Integrity and concern for the consumer to sell an expensive service just for their bottom line. I have total faith that USA Waterproofing Foundation Services will continue to service my residents until this water issue is solved. I will recommend (and already have) to anyone in need of these type of services for their home. They are a ***** company."

I wanted something with more horsepower and after doing some research, I decided an ejector pump would work best for my home. Tyler was very friendly and understanding of my situation. He told me about some options, gave me the literature and a fair price for what I wanted. He and his team were very professional and attentive and definitely knowledgeable about the equipment and installation process. "AJ is a great guy and has performed beyond expectations. He and his partner not only did bathroom fan install I requested but also completed many others I told him about when we interviewed. Including replacing light fixtures, replacing a sliding patio door and repairing rotted railing on my front porch. All in one weekend. He’s on track now for some more major repairs when all the fixtures needed come in. Highly recommend him for great service!"

"Work performed as stated, on time and budget. Josh was very helpful with figuring out the scope of work that was compatible with our budget and achieve the desired results. No more standing water in our craw space. Sump pump replaced and reconfigured. Below grade drains placed at foundation with 4à ¢à  à  drain tubes with silt socks going to sump. Trench filled with pea gravel. Also placed around furnace platform area draining under foundation. Excellent service for a fair price. Their staff were very helpful and courteous. Kudos to Advanced for a job well done."
