"Two service Techs, Daniel and Kevin, came by the same day i called regarding a clogged sewer line. They were very pleasant and personable which put me immediately at ease. They performed an inspection and showed me a live video feed of my sewer line, indicating where the roots were growing in that caused the clogging.
They recommended hydrojetting due to the size of sewer, and scheduled a visit the following day. The next day the same techs came by and cleaned out the sewer line via hydrojetting. Afterwards they did another video inspection and showed me their results. They were professional, communicative, clean, and very pleasant to deal with.

"On July 19, 2019 Richco repaired a corroded water inlet pipe where it enters through a stucco wall. This included replacing pipe in the wall and shut-off valves for a nearby sink. New supply hoses were included. The technician, Fernando, produced excellent results to my complete satisfaction."

"Martin called me the day before to confirm appointment and and problem I was having. He was on time and fixed my problem in a very professional manner. While testing his repair work he found another problem and took care of that also. Cost of the repairs was very reasonable. A real pro!!
