"Modern rebuilt my aging brick chimney. The cap had cracks in it and the bricks were popping out. Modern took it down and rebuilt it. Brand new limestone cap and bricks. They even tuck-pointed some bricks further down the chimney that weren't part of the rebuild. The chimney looks great and Modern did it all in one day."

"Hired this company to put in a new front porch for me because the integrity of the homeâ s original was compromised. I was referred to them by the a friend because I they were good. These guys seemed to be really knowledgeable about their work when I would ask them questions. They were always super friendly and eager to address any concerns I had about brick type, porch design, job time frame etc. The guys finished the work sooner than they promised me and the porch looked awesome.
