"Great experience-start to finish. I cannot say enough good things about working with this company. Russell made sure I understand exactly what was happening with our foundation, exactly what him and his crew were going to do, and how much it would cost. "We thought we needed foundation work. They not only told us that was incorrect. They directed us to a structural engineer who would be able to help us. No charge. Most appreciated."

"Darrin Carpenter and his team did an outstanding and very complete job. Over the course of two days, they installed five helical piers, raised the slab into position, used hydraulics to reposition the exterior brick wall coaxing the bricks as closely as possible to their original position, then tuckpointed the cracks in the brick. They repaired accidental damage to the sprinkler system and graded the soil away from the house, something not even the original builder had done properly. Our brick pattern is very unusual and irreplaceable; the team cleaned and reused the original brick, replacing the most damaged one with an extra found in the soil. We are very happy with the results and with the lifetime transferrable warranty. Darrin tells us that he has never been called back to a job site for warranty work. An estimate from a competitor would have given us only four piers at lower cost, but without any masonry repair which would have been an extra $1,500 using brick that doesn't match the original. We are now ready to replace the exterior stairs and sliding glass door and plan to add a deck so that the masonry repair is less visible."

"I purchased this home a couple years ago. We noticed that the previous owner had applied a this coating on the basement wall in an attempt to seal wall cracks that ran from top to bottom. Obviously this was not the proper way to repair it and they began to seep as time went on. I read reviews on Angie's List and chose to call Dave with The Crack Team. He called back within a short time and gave an estimate based on my description of how many leaks I thought I had. We set a date and when he got here the estimate was reduced in half because I confused crack repair with rod hole fillings. He repaired 2 long cracks and filled about 12 rod holes. He was very friendly and professional. He did a neat job and cleaned up afterwards. Also he offered suggestions for some minor floor cracks. Thanks to him the basement now appears to be completely dry. The work came with a "Lifetime of the Structure Warranty". I am very pleased with the contractor and the workmanship and will certainly recommend him to others."

"My first estimate said I needed helical piers and near $20,000. I hired a structural engineer & he said no piers needed and spelled out in detail how to repair the problem. Jay from basement cracks & Leaks was the one I chose after a few estimates. They were on time, completed the work early, did not disturb my plants and cleaned up well. They did the repair exactly as the engineer stated it should be done. While I paid the bill one man went to the basement to fill the crack, but it was a real sloppy mess. I paid and signed off, so had no hold on them to fix the mess. That night Jay stopped by in his own truck on his time off, cleaned up the sloppy mess & neatly refilled the crack. Legally he did not have to as I had paid and signed off. This company does what they say, does it well and stands by it's work. Highly recommended"
