"Called on Wednesday 08/17/20 talked with owner Mr. Kamienski. He explained what had to be done and gave me his price over the phone. Said he could come out to do the repairs on Saturday 08/20/20 and was there right on time (actually he was early). When he and his wife arrived they both got right to work. He explained why and what he was doing as they worked. Came prepared to do the job and worked steady until it was completed. Also they were very through in their cleanup. They work very well as a team , each knowing they role in the process. We have had a few heavy rains since the repairs and have had no issues with water leakage. "After buying the offer on Angie's List, within a day, the owner emailed me asking when I wanted to have them come install the new sump pump. He was very accommodating with my schedule, and got it scheduled within a few days. The day of the appointment, the plumber showed up early and I actually was not home yet, and he waited patiently. When I arrived he was very courteous, he took off his shoes when coming in the house. He did the replacement of the sump pump, and tested it to show me it was working. Then he cleaned up the basement floor of water and mud that had fallen on the floor - left it as it was when he got there, and took the old sump pump out by the curb - it happened to be garbage day. They put in a perimeter drain system and a new sump pump. They also installed steel support beams to support the walls. "I called Levine and Sons because the junction in the kitchen/laundry rooms overflowed during Christmas dinner. A few minutes later the toilet in the master bath overflowed from the bottom. I spoke to a very nice representative from there the next morning. She told me that a plumber could come to my house that afternoon. When I asked about the free estimate, she replied that it would be $69 for the service call and $99 for each drain. The free estimate only applied to larger jobs. I was a little dismayed but I was desperate, so I booked the appointment.
Zack, the plumber, arrived promptly as promised. He was nice and explained my house's drainage system to me, and where the clog could be. He checked the main drain and saw no water flowing. Then he checked the two areas that had overflowed and determined that the clog was at a junction between the main drain and the kitchen. He cabled the junction, and the water ran freely. He was right on target. 
Overall, I am very pleased with the service from Levine & Sons. They were prompt, courteous, and very reasonably priced. I will certainly use them again and will recommend them to others.
