"I had a water pressure issue and called had no idea what was going on. I got Mike's number from a friend of mine and called him on a Wednesday night and he answered the phone right away. Told him my problem and he came out on Thursday to look at it and diagnosed the problem. He told me he would email me a quote as soon as possible. On Friday morning I had no water at all. When I got to the office, I had Mike's quote in my email and he indicated that he could have a crew out early in the week. I thanked him and told him I had no water at all and he called me within 45 minutes and told me he would have a crew out within the hour. "Incompetent and arrogant are the best words that describe Bill. I hired him to install a water softener and water tank. He is a one man show so you should expect that you will be helping him move any heavy stuff that he is installing. Left the old tank and softener at the house claiming that he doesn't "haul junk"! Few weeks after he installed our softener, another plumber stopped by the house to investigate the cause of low water pressure. He then noticed that the softener was installed backward which caused resin to get into our water heater and boiler and clogging all our faucets. Bill hasn't taken any responsibility to address the issues that his mistake has caused. I submitted a complain to the state for investigation. Picture below shows the resin that we took out of the water heater. Avoid hiring him. He is not professional and definitely not a skilled plumber."
