"we hired Cransten to do a remodel of our kitchen, master bath and floors in kitchen, dining room, living room, stairs and upstairs den. The initial process was different then I had seen before with me going over the scope of work with a project manager on the phone and me sending pictures of the rooms and spaces that would be remodeled. Different isn't bad their process worked very well. before the work the contractor Robert [Provider Name Removed] made an appointment to complete a walk through. Robert showed up early which was a pleasant surprise as most companies get there when they want. We eventually signed after a price was given. The billing process was simple. And several people from the company checked in with me each week to ensure we were happy and things were going good. A date was set to begin the demo and the project. Robert [Provider Name Removed] actually asked us what time he could start and was incredibly thoughtful of us the entire length of the process. His plan was always with us in mind in ord"

"Dale and his team are personable and professional. We had a large project that took 6 weeks; they were well organized & communicated timelines and accomplishments with texts and photos. Our basement was transformed from a dungeon to a bright, usable space. Two bathrooms - one basement, one guest - changed from functional to fantastic. Upstairs popcorn ceilings - gone; weird middle of the room closet in the living room - gone, opening the sightlines of the room and making it seem larger. We are also appreciative of the small touches that we might not have thought of: they fixed three way switches so that they work correctly, made sure exhaust fans were vented correctly, routed a gas line more efficiently to a fireplace for future use. We would highly recommend Dale and Denver Dream Builders and will use this group for future projects."

"Adam was very patient with me in reguards to answering all my questions to the smallest and simplest ones when we were getting the original estimate. He came out twice before a contract was even signed just to walk the space with me and again, answered my questions. The final project was under budget of the original estimate and was finished a week early. He’s very easy going and easy to talk with. If he tells you he’ll be there at 8:00, expect him at 7:50!! He’ll be honest with you which I greatly appreciated. Gave me great advice on increasing my budget where it needed it and was honest if I was over spending on something that wasn’t necessary. If I ever had a question during the process he responded quickly each and every time. The end result is just fantastic!!! He did exactly what my family needed and will be using him again for another project on the house!
