"The estimate was reasonable, the installation was completed in a day and per schedule, and the crew did an excellent job of cleaning up after the install. "It was a very fair quote; we're just not moving forward with the project right now.  The cost was $600.  That was for removing the old grass, putting in fresh dirt to build up the property; it's actually two properties that are side-by-side, and then they were going to put in sod.  So it was about $600 for the sod price and about half that for grass seed and straw.  Their price was actually on the lower end compared to a couple of other quotes I've gotten - or at least one other quote I've gotten.  For quality, just in attentiveness, the service, they were like with me in like scheduling but then like I want to say a day. Let's go with A, but you know that's based on just meeting the guy and receiving a quote, not actually having the work performed.  For professionalism, he showed up and he looked like a gardener, he spoke like a gardener; I'll give him an A.  I mean, there wasn't any like cursing or anything like that, and that's always a plus.  I hope to hire them in the future; we have another project come up that's actually a little bit more useful than leveling a yard out, if you know what I mean."

"As a rule, I don't write reviews. Had to make an exception this time. Outdoor Advantage is outstanding. The crew reduced the eroding slopes adjacent to two driveways and placed sod. Placed four fairly mature flowering shrubs into large planters. One week later, and both sod and plants are thriving. The advice I received as to how to manage my needs was terrific. Great "plant knowledge". They patched up a bare spot not in the original work order. Thorough clean-up. "A+" all around."

"These people were everything I wanted in a company/landscaper. They made a prompt appointment to give me a free estimate and kept it. He was young, which worried me but he seemed like a good person and I wanted to give a young company a chance. The person making the appointment was lovely, very friendly and accommodating, Dakota. So they showed up on Sunday, although I told them there was no hurry. I didnâ t want anyone to work on a Sunday on my behalf. It was intermittently raining. They kept at it.
