"We had 2 water pipes burst in house yesterday, Feb. 4th after the record freeze. We contacted Heritage and they had Matt Smith come by the next morning at 9 AM. He was courteous, professional and very efficient. He repaired our pipes in 30 minutes and made sure everything was working properly. He did a great job and we appreciate the great service from Heritage. T"

"Gil responded very quickly to my initial email with a phone call. I described the problem with my washing machine. He was able to come the next morning and was at my house exactly when he said he would be. He quickly determined and fixed the problem! I was doing a load of laundry within an hour and a half! He gave me some tips on maintaining my washer and even checked out an issue I was having with my stove. He seemed to be both knowledgeable and honest. I will definitely be calling Gill's the next time I have an appliance that needs repairing."

"He was very nice to talk with and repaired our washing machine. He even helped sweep the water out."

"It was so expensive I couldn't afford it. He wanted to fix the mold but he didn't want to repair the ceiling so I told him forget about it. He just wanted to go on the wall and then bathe them all and then leave. So I never called them back because I never want that. The responsiveness was good."

"The job i had performed was not listed Their quick response was important and vital due to having contacted 5 slumbering companies and having noone come out. Matt did a great job on my water line and toilet fix!"
