He was punctual, came when scheduled and responded to text messages and phone calls in a timely manner. His work was impeccable and my house looks amazing. There were a few minor issues after the initial paint job which he corrected on two subsequent visits. There was no request that he did not address often above and beyond what was required. "I employed Carlos and his team do a complete renovation for me. Carlos was a great salesman and sold me his bungalow package that was an all inclusive price for the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. This price was originally very competitive with others and I was told it included all labor, materials and I could choose from any items from his preferred vendors. His original estimate for construction was 2 months. While Carlos subs did a good job, the job took over 5 months, with multiple items taking even longer, it cost approximately 15K more than expected as I was informed that several things I wanted we’re not included in the all in one price, and communication between Carlos, myself and the team was poor where often scheduled times were not met. Lastly I had personal items in my home that were stored in a separate room that was not being renovated that were unexplainably disposed of by his crew. When the workers had to come again to do touch up work they got paint on my couch."
