I cannot express how wonderful this turned out. My shower is beautiful and the work is amazing. The installers were so professional and patient. I had many questions and they were so helpful. The job did take two days due to unforeseen plumbing issues- but they were able to correct the problem and continue with installation. I am so pleased and would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone considering an update/change in their bath/shower. Thank you so much to the team at American Bath and Shower!!"

"My mother recently became mobility limited and was unable to step into her tub/shower combo. I purchased a prefab accessible shower unit, sliding doors and fixtures from a big-box store with the hopes that a family member would install it. Instead, the unit (which was delivered assembled!!!) sat in mom's driveway for a month. I finally decided to have a professional install it and I'm so glad I did! Joel called me very quickly after I requested a quote and he did a site visit the next day to see the existing setup and the new unit. He explained that the unit I'd bought would be great for new construction and that it would be a challenge to get it into the alcove of the smallish bathroom but he was confident they could make it happen. We agreed on a price that was very reasonable, considering I asked them to not only demolish and remove the old tub, surround and fixtures but to also replace the 40-year-old plumbing inside the wall. They started demo on Tuesday morning and mom had a beautiful new shower Wednesday afternoon! I am soooo pleased with the quality of the service and the workmanship; Joel and his guys were absolutely wonderful and kept me posted at critical steps along the way (I'm 250 miles away and could not be onsite due to the whole coronavirus thing). I would definitely hire Joel again and the only thing I would change would be to start with him instead of buying a unit from a big-box store and then trying to get it installed. Thanks Joel, you're the best!"

"The bathroom that we had redone came out better than we hoped. We originally had a step in tub/stand up shower area, and it was converted into a walking in shower area with sliding doors. The team created a graded area inside of the tub, with the tiles we selected so that the water could flow out easily and not stay in the shower.
