"Steve was excellent, greatly deserving more than five stars! My problem - the motorized roll up shutter that covered my front doors was stuck in the down position and could not be raised. One company which visited on-site said that I needed a new motor without even removing the cover and in spite of the fact that you could hear the motor running when prompted. I thought that curious, so I contacted KM Service after a simple internet search. Steve contacted me almost immediately and after a short telephone call he was able to diagnose my problem after hearing over the phone my attempt to raise the shutter. He gave me an estimate and we made arrangements for him to come to my home. He arrived promptly and after removing the cover it became obvious that he was correct in his diagnosis. He made the difficult, difficult only because the shutter was actually trapped between two side walls, repair in two hours. Steve was pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional. Hire him! "

Proper bookkeeping would have prevented this confusion, yet there was no apology—just a dismissive remark that the message was sent in error. Jake then deflected the conversation, asking about the inspection status, which he should have known given the text sent that morning. The way Jake raised his voice and threatened not to reschedule the inspection was highly unprofessional. Customers should not be spoken to this way, especially when they’re trying to accommodate the company’s process. If a client isn’t available, a professional company should be flexible in rescheduling as many times as necessary to complete the service. Moreover, they seem to try to cover up negative reviews by soliciting new ones. Based on this experience, I would strongly caution anyone against working with this company."
