On October 7th we had an issue and the service technician Matt Mena came out and was so great. He did everything and took care of the issue. "I first found out I had poly pipes during my home inspection. I opted to have my inspection done by experts in the field. Juan warned me about poly pipes in the area and he was spot on. The results were scary, he confirmed I had poly, and I knew it made the house uninsurable and a water pipe could burst at any time. I opted to negotiated the price of the home and booked a repipe. I soon found out how lucky I was to connect with him early on about the issue. Within weeks of the home purchase and before my scheduled repipe date I had my first pipe burst behind the bar/laundry room. I had no idea what was going on because the wall with the leak seemed to have no water but following the baseboard damage, I knew the issue was getting serious. Juan came and immediately replaced the damaged lines and I havenâ t had any issues since. "I hired IHM to install a water heater with permit. Everything was fine until the inspection, which they FAILED. Henry sent the same technician (Andre) that did the job instead of visiting the property himself. Andre, who obviously wasn't familiar with CODE, then said relayed to Henry that the water heater model I provided wouldn't work there and that I had to buy another water heater, AND that they would charge me a higher amount to go do the job again or I would have to submit a Change of Contractor to the city. Turns out the water heater DOES VERY WELL work there but their lack of knowledge has resulted in nothing but a waste of time. CROOKS!!"
