"We had a new air conditioner installed on October 6th. Everything was great. Leonardo and Adonis were so nice and everything was so clean and neat. They were very efficient. On October 7th we had an issue and the service technician Matt Mena came out and was so great. He did everything and took care of the issue. On October 10 we had another issue and Nick Ford Field Supervisor came and took great care or us. We appreciate these guys so much. They all worked very hard for us. "We are extremely satisfied with the plumbing work that Juan completed for us. He did several projects including installing a tankless water heater, opening a new drain line for a washing machine, install garbage disposer, and install bathroom fixtures. Juan is very professional, always showed up when he said he would and did what he said he would do. He was also very helpful with every phase of the city permit process . I highly recommend Juan for plumbing work. I will never use another plumber. Juan is the best!"

"Excellent work and great pricing!"

"Maravilloso el trabajo realizado, son muy profesionales en su labor."

"Our hot water heater stopped working this morning. No hot water at all :-( I called IHM at 5:30pm and spoke with Andre. He was awesome! Professional & compassionate. He discussed our needs and gave me a quote that was very reasonable. (Less than half what we had been quoted for the same job by a big name competitor) He then said I m heading over to you right now Such a relief! What a great experience from beginning to end. Andre was knowledgeable & professional. The work was done in a timely manner and he remained with us to ensure that we had hot water at the completion of the work. I cannot recommend this young man enough-he is an incredible asset to the company. I have saved his name and number in my contacts-he will be the person I call when I next need plumbing work done! Thank you"
