The employee that came to wrap up loose ends and get final payment and sign-off on the project did not speak English. When I emailed the salesperson, I received another copy of our agreement. No personal response, no note, or explanation. I am assuming the contract was to remind me that I had signed off and so was responsible for what was left. I received no follow up phone call or personal contact. Would go out and watch every man was working. It was amazing to watch . They took three layers off, decked and started replacing in one day. When they left that night the ground was cleaned up.
