"CCX is an excellent, reliable roofing contractor. Alex and Eric were great to work with. They replaced asphalt roofing on our church. They got it done efficiently without leaving any mess and with almost no disruption of activities."

"Had a roof issue & called or texted a couple of roofing companies. Denton, responded in a very timely manner, came out that day, inspecting the roof, gave approx price using my spares, & a day/time (2 days) . Confirmed bid that night. Showed up on said day & time. Fast, clean at a very reasonable rate."

"I had Peter from 208 roofing come out to my house in Idaho Falls and give me an estimate to replace my roof with a metal roof his estimate was very low cost and we agreed a short time after him and his crew showed up he was very efficient very neat and clean and what a super good job they done I would highly recommend Peter and his crew to anybody looking to have roof repair or a new roof installed"

"We were very impressed with the salesperson that did a quality presentation about the company and the product. The installers of our new roof were efficient and fast. The employee that came to wrap up loose ends and get final payment and sign-off on the project did not speak English. It was impossible to convey the concerns regarding a broken light and to get answers regarding questions about the roof and one uncompleted task. When I emailed the salesperson, I received another copy of our agreement. No personal response, no note, or explanation. I am assuming the contract was to remind me that I had signed off and so was responsible for what was left. I received no follow up phone call or personal contact. Very disheartening since this company may sell a quality product but a very expensive service. We"

"Erie Homes was great. Ty and Chris shared the information about roofs in a clear and precise way. I love the high quality of the roofing materials and the standards they hold their workers to when placing the roof. Mike called me each step of the way, so I was prepared when the roofing supplies showed up. I even got calls after the beautiful roof was done. Amazing job!"

"In the fall I had a bid on my roof. The company bid it for 26,000. So I thought a new roof was out of my reach. Then we had one of Idaho's famous high winds, my roof was in the neighborhoods yard. I sent a message to CCX roofing. Cody called the next day. His bid was 16,000 on my roof. Cody helped me with my insurance claim. He made my wish for a new roof come true. When his team showed up to take care of the roof they were like a well oiled machine. The tools came out a ladder went up. Everyone new their job. Very professional. The guys moved anything that could be damaged during the process. They worked during very cold weather. They started the second they showed up and never stopped. Would go out and watch every man was working. It was amazing to watch . They took three layers off, decked and started replacing in one day. When they left that night the ground was cleaned up. They clean up as they go so it's never really a mess. They showed up the next day and finished the job. Cody kept in touch if I had any questions or concerns. It was the first time I had a group doing a big project on my house and never once was I worried or stressed about anything They knew what needed to be done and how. CCX is a great company and team. They start the job professionally and end professionally. Thank you Cody and team. I will definitely recommend you."

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."
