"Very easy to work with in terms of responsiveness. Reasonable pricing but the craftmanship itself is phenomenal. This is my second project with him and I will definitely be using him for any projects in my house moving forward. He is really good at what he does. By moving the laundry from the basement to the second floor was not easy because I didn't have a lot of space to do it and several people said that we can't do it but he's the only person who made it work and it's beautiful. It's perfect. It's exactly what I was looking for. His knowledge and his craftmanship is phenomenal."

When Nelson came out he was so well detail oriented and may I say he really knows his stuff. "The initial build went reasonably well. We did find problems which they did come back and fix. I noticed a railing support that was cracked. I was told that I must of done it, that was that. The plugs that cover the screw holes in the stairs are falling out. I looked for some at Home Depot, but couldn't find the right color. I still had Chase's cell #, so I texted him and asked if he could send me some plugs, and I would do it myself. No response. Tried again the next day, still no response. I'm not surprised. Aging the build was decent, price was higher than most. Now that nearly 2 years have gone by, and customer service should be anticipated, nothing. Never again."

He also suggested vendors to work with and suggested meeting them to choose materials (which was the other cost of course). That was very helpful. Jeff was always available via text or phone. Mostly text. He was the point person if I had concerns. Always gracious. Happy to weigh in if I wasn't sure about something. He has a number of people who he works with and they were all very professional and everyone always cleaned up when they left for the day. I felt very fortunate to have Jeff commit to my project since my bathroom is extremely small (two people standing in it is a crowd) and it can be tough to find someone who will work on a small project."
