When unforeseen damage was found they were flexible and willing to work with me regarding the extra payment. I hope never to need another roof but I would not hesitate to call them! Very detail oriented, work performed to a very high standard, work done to a finish level that rises to craftsman. I was actively monitoring quality and attention to detail - and pleasantly surprised each time. Also very respectful of our home and our property. Cory even changed the order of work over the 3-4 weeks in order to not disturb a mother chickadee who had built her nest behind one of the stucco panels. Clean- up over the multi week job was frequent and thorough. They were both great guys and I would recommend them and their work unconditionally. Would hire them again without reservation. Not the lowest bid, but a textbook case to illustrate that you get what you pay for. But not an exorbitant quote, either. JP, sales rep was low key, low pressure pleasant to work with."

"The service was done at my mother's house. That turned out, out of a 1 to 10, I'd say it turned out about a 9. Even though I gave them my mother's address, they came to my house. Two people came to perform the service. They were responsive, they cleaned the gutters, they just didn't catch all of the areas. The checking of the roof for any deformities or any damage, I thought that was great. In just the general area above the ground in the eave area, they checked for any damage and any deformities, and I didn't really expect that."

"We called to get a estimate scheduled, Jay Nyboer came out in a timely manner he was very pleasant and professional. He listened to what we wanted to have done came back within a week with the estimates. We agreed on the price and the date his company could do the job. Even though the date we agreed on had to be rescheduled 3 days later...the men were here bright and early and got started. The men were friendly and seem to know what needed to be done...we had one day delay because it rained but they were back the next day ready to work. When the roof was completed the men cleaned up very well. There was a 4 day delay from when the roof was complete and the gutters were installed. My husband had to call Jay to find out what was going on and it seem to be a communication error on their part. The different crew men that came to install the gutters were also friendly, it was a very hot day, but they completed the job and we are pleased with the work. We are very pleased with all the work we had done and will hire Nyboer again when needed."

In the winter, when lot of snow was still in the ground of water against the basement and we have a poured foundation, it had leak, they had stopped the leak we had. They did what they pledged to do. They were here on-time, they got done quickly and then they went and the overall seam link that was leaking was about 7 feet from upper part down to the ground, and we are very happy. They did the work they promised to do on time and on budget."

"The provider requested OK from Choice Warranty and he was denied. It rained last night and rain came into my home. It could have been avoided if Choice had just approved what I requested. Now, the damage will be greater than necessary. I blame Choice home warranty for my home damage. Now it will cost mote than a simple tarp could have prevented until I could get money to repair roof. The provider was great and tried his best to get something done to my roof but Choice Warranty was horrible and no help. They get a "zero" from me"
