He saved us money in that he basically designed the bathroom and made updated suggestions for which we would otherwise have had to hire a designer. He continually steered us in the right direction regarding tile and material choices. His crew was also extremely tidy and Tom was always completely accessible (unlike many other contractors) ...06824which was very reassuring. Tom went out of his way to find a special magnetic drain that i had spotted in a magazine that was no longer available. It was a lovely surprise and we have been thrilled with the great job.
