Leo presented very understandable explanations of the furnace problem and very understandable instructions for the smart thermostat. They asked if they needed clarification for anything, were clear and prompt with communication, no run around trying to get them here. No more root-clogged pipes! It was fascinating to see them put in the new pipe liners and watch on the video as the machine cured the pipe in place. "I was so happy with the idea of a no dig repair by NuFlow. Friendly and professional crew, but... 5 years later I started having issues again. They sent someone to do a "wellness" check. Apparently the repair was not complete, they stopped 15' short of where it needed to be. Now tree roots are causing a problem at the opposite end of the pipe. Instead of completing the repair, they quoted $7,010 to finish the remainder of the pipe. I don't feel that it should cost me more to complete what I thought was already done. Penny Hunter "
