"First I would like to say that everyone I dealt with at ICSR was great! From Erika who made the appointments to Jeremiah who did the inspection, to Terry and his crew. They were all friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable. Jeremiah explained in detail what needed done in my crawlspace. There was a lot of damage due to termites in the past. I knew this was what needed done as I had another Company look at it as well. They backed out because they thought the crawlspace was to narrow to get the work done. "It went very well! Tim came to the apartment and looked at the issue. He told me that he will place the order for the new and more efficient unit than the old boiler and install asap. Tim's crew came the following Monday to demolish the old boiler and installed the new boiler on the same day. The new boiler was up and running on the same day. It was a smooth startup!"

He performed the yearly maintenance check on our furnace He also investigated and solved a problem of the furnace shutting off periodically in cold weather. Leo explained the issue and the possible solutions. In addition he installed a smart thermostat to further prevent the occasional furnace shut offs. Leo presented very understandable explanations of the furnace problem and very understandable instructions for the smart thermostat. Leo also left his business card so we could contact him again if we had difficulty programing the smart thermostat. It was a pleasure working with Leo. Nate and his crew did a fabulous job making sure to maintain the rustic nature of the waterfall including the moss on the stones. The waterfall actually turned out better than the previous waterfall.
