Also had a second person Andrew helping and he was excellent also. They showed up 7:30am on a Sunday came back at 7:30am on Tuesday after picking up all the parts I wanted. "My wife and I were having some rather nasty problems with our tub draining in our main bathroom. Water was extremely slow to drain and would to put it frankly cause our bathtub to be left with a ton of greasy grime leaving a nasty slippery ring. I attempted to clear this myself and could not get it to clear, so we called another company at first and were given a time frame to come and look at it. This other company was 1) very late and 2) stated that they would need to rebuild the full drain assembly.... for a pretty penny. My spouse and I were not pleased by this and decided to pass on this company... I was in conversation with a work mate who had a similar issue and they recommended State Sewer. They were pleased with the service, quality of work and the straight forward price. I snagged the number and gave them a call. I was surprised to be greeted without having too go to voicemail. I informed them of my issue with the tub and the gentleman on the phone stated that they would send over a technician to diagnose the problem and offer solutions. We agreed on a time to meet that was convenient for me which was a nice little bonus and I was pleasantly surprised when the tech arrived on time as agreed. The gentlemen was very professional and was able to diagnose my problem without having to rebuild or attempt to rebuild the whole drain. He stated that they would be able to clear the drain by "snaking" and disrupting the clog in the line and that this would take care of the buildup that has been happening. The tech was also straightforward with the price. I said go for it knowing that if he could clear this slimy mess my wife would be very happy!!  The gentlemen did just that and after showed me what was disrupting the flow of water...( very messy clog with dog hair and such so no more washing Milo there :( ) ... The tech cleaned the mess in the tub after and frankly left the place cleaner then he found it. He was able to walk me through steps to prevent this type of clog in the future which was appreciated as well.
All in all I found this company to be very professional, honest, punctual and resteptful of my time. I would absolutely recommend them to friends and others based on the experience that we had.
