"Lakeland Contractors LLC is simply fantastic to work with. My roof was a mess! They made the whole process so easy for me. They took pictures, explained the damage and required repairs, and gave me a beautiful and structurally sound new roof! Their crew worked quickly and efficiently and I could not be more pleased. From the initial consultation and estimate to the follow-up, they were professional yet friendly and the only surprises were good ones. I really expected to pay quite a bit more than the estimate due to the age of the roof and accumulated damage, but I was pleasantly surprised! It was a little more than the estimate - but much less than I had anticipated. I canâ t say enough good things about them!"

"It went very well! Everything went on the timeline. They were very good, very responsive, and punctual."

"Gary was very profesional and offered us great service and pricing!!"

"The representative responded to my request very quickly and gave me an estimate for replacing my roof that very day. He seemed very thorough and very knowledgeable and pleasant. I have not yet done the work. I have very favorable reviews from the friends that have used his services.

"The service was good. Only problem was that they didn't use all of the allotted wood provided. The clean up wasn't as well as could be expected. But outside of that I was pleased with the roof job."

"Great. We have hired them again to build a front and back deck and put covers over both. They are very honest and don't over charge."

"The contract session was with Stephan Boyer. He was very through and informative. We knew exactly what we were getting and what to expect. Chris Renda and his crew showed up as promised. They showed up with all materials and immediately started work. The crew took no breaks and barely took time for lunch.. Chris Renda kept us infomed of everything going on.He found that our dormers had not been wrapped or waterproofed so he removed all the siding and began wrapping and waterproofing the dormers for us! The crew took 5 days of hard nonstop work installing our beautiful new patina green metal roof. We are completely satisfied! !

"Rep. checked entire system. He found several wires not connected properly and fixed this. He also made recommendations regarding the attachment of the panels to the rood that would provide more stability and leakproofing. The representative appeared to know what he was doing - much better than others, including the representative who was engaged by the roofer (who replaced our rood due to hail damage) to disconnect/connect the panels."

"They did a fantastic job. They were prompt and had a large crew who worked quickly and professionally. I was particularly pleased with their care in removing the old roofing without leaving nails and pieces of shingles around. We are very pleased with the new roof.

"A few hick ups due to weather and not enough materials. But otherwise it went great. The whole team. Was great"
