I called at 12:30 on a Saturday, expecting to get a callback for an appointment later in the week. Instead I was told that someone could be at my house by 2:30. Simon came around 2:15. The dryer was completely overrun with lint. He and a colleague cleaned it out, cleaned the line all the way to the back vent in the patio (which was clogged out there too). They replaced the 15 year old aluminum hose from the back of the dryer that went to the dryer vent in the crawl space under the house along with a joint that was no good. They finished in about an hour. The work was efficient; they were professional and caring. And I found the price very reasonable. Friends have been warning me that a dryer lint problem can be dangerous, but I didn't realize how serious my problem was. I'm really happy I called them. And I will call them again if I need any other work with my appliances"
