In addition to new concrete front steps, I now have new vinyl-aluminum railing on all sides of my house, tasteful solar lights to go with that railing, new concrete walkways for the front of my house, and a box to shelter my packages from the elements. "Fred and his staff were beyond amazing. We had some foundation requirements along with special styling and they achieved all of our requests with extra care. The rough design was turned into a patio that we were imagining in our dreams. They warned us of their busy schedule and still beat their estimated time of completion by over two weeks. We have several tradesmen peers who were astonished by the quality of the work. The quality of the stamping and finishing work was done above expectations. They colored, power-washed, and used a high end sealer with grit to finish. The turnaround time from when they started the job to end was around 4 days. We could walk on it after a few days."

"Matt and his team were fantastic. I could not believe the difference my front and back yards looked. When I saw how his team removed the ivy from my back and off the house I truly wanted to cry because I truly thought that no one could do the job. This is not my first experience with Matt and his team -- his team actually did my front steps and enlarged my driveway. I can tell you in dealing with Matt and his team, everyone was very professional. Rest assure I will be using Matt and his team from now on to keep my lawn looking professional as well as (hopefully in the near future) to redesign my backyard into a showcase. "Initial estimate was 5-8 days, but we were going in blind because the siding was not yet removed. After removal, we discovered all the remaining issues. The estimate went up as we made change orders but all the estimates were reasonable. The time eventually extended to about 3 weeks but the amount of work was definitely high. The guys made sure to clean up the rubble and messes they made every day. While having the paint stripper in the front was inconvenient, Pat stayed late to clean up and make sure we were able to get in and out of the house no problem. The pointing job looked great, and all cracked and broken bricks were repaired well. We have gotten a lot of compliments from neighbors about how much better the house looks now. Pat and Ryan are great masons and will do everything relating to masonry and stone. They are very straightforward about not doing carpentry or electrical systems, so if that's a part of the job, they can either recommend someone to help out, or you should make sure to handle it yourself. Communication with Pat is very fast and very clear. He will explain the details of the job to you very carefully, and will also provide careful records of invoices and payments. They are also very accommodating of various needs like access to the house, neighborhood requirements, etc."

"I called for an estimate on Friday morning and Steve returned my call  that afternoon.  He said he could stop by in the afternoon to give me an estimate.  I didn't have to be home but I wanted to be there and asked if he could make it before 3:15.  He was so nice to arrive a little before that time and gave me an estimate and said that he could do the work during the week of Sept. 23rd.
He was very accommodating when I asked if he could schedule the work for Wed. He said that he could but would  call me to confirm on Tues., Sept. 24th.  He called as he said he would and gave me a time when they would arrive.
Steve and his brother Ray arrived on time and worked together as an efficient team.  After the work was completed, I couldn't believe it was my house. Everything was sparkling clean.  They did an excellent job!!!!  They even put my patio furniture, flower containers and garden statues back where they belonged. Steve did some additional touch ups which was very much appreciated.
I would highly recommend Aqua Clean to anyone who needs pressure washing.  I would give them an A+ if Angie's list had a rating higher than an A which they received. They are very friendly, do great work, and are reasonably priced.

"It went very well.  Mr. Alonzo and his son were both very quick to communicate via text and e-mail, and showed up within a few days for a quote.  The estimate was very reasonable for a lot of work needed for a fairly large two story building.  Once we decided to move forward with the project - work started in about two weeks.  We both work during the day, so we weren't there while the project was being done, but Isa called at the end of every day to give us an update on what was done, what the schedule was and when he estimated everything would be completed.  They did a fantastic job and I would recommend to all.  Very good quality.
