"Dennyâ  s and his team were punctual, hardworking, clean and pleasant. I'm taking a star off because of an issue with the stain process. Dennyâ  s likes to understand what I wanted as a client and gave options and opinions. His successful past works speak for him. I was happy with the work this team did on my deck overall, framing and boarding. The issue I have is with Staining. I purchased the oil stain and he applied it, however it rained within 2 hours pretty much the whole afternoon and night (July 29, 2021), and that cannot be good for the stain and deck I would imagine. I would have expected DC to be responsible, check the rain forecast and advice me to hold off on the staining until a good 3 day shine or weeks later when the weather is a bit more predictable. The way he decided to stain it knowing the clouds are glooming was not professional in my mind, and he shouldn't have rushed into just to complete a project. I'm fine with deferring an incomplete step in the project if he had advised me. I have contacted DC so he can propose what to do about this (re-sand it and re-stain it ideally), still waiting his response, if not, I will contact Angi for mediating."

"Oliver was professional and courteous. He power washed my pool area and 3 decks. It came out better than I could have expected. Everything looks brand new. His pricing fair and reasonable. I would definitely refer him to friends and family."

"Byron is very professional and has great knowledge. He gave the system a thorough inspection and fixed an issue I was having. Top notch, I recommend this technician to all. Nick was in the area and stopped by to lend a hand and went over some items for future thoughts. Both men satisfied all my questions. Great teamwork. Thanks"

"American H2O came over and pressure washed our house & soft wash our roof. It looks great we couldn’t be any happier. After that, we decided to have them stain & seal our deck. It came out great fair prices too."

"Albusa was the first company gave back a quote with detail. The price is affordable, Diti and his workers are very nice. Had replaced our porch floor and railings, and rebuilt a side stairs. Nice job done"

"The most pricey of the quotes I received but the customer service was great as was the quality of the work."

"Oh, boy--Erick (and Tom, his guy) have done work for me on my 100-yr. old home, for over a decade! First job -- Erick alone--built a gorgeous deck...neighbors couldn't stay away. ...still getting compliments. Last two big jobs-- redid garage and installed electric doors, and custom tiled a bath everyone else wanted to "demo". . In-between took care of several other problems as they came up. Ask them for my phone number and I will tell you more. Absolutely nobody compares in terms of ease of communication, (and creativity) so you actually get what you want, or better."

"Showed up on time and did a through job. Good quality work on the staining of my deck."

"I had a couple of issues that the Eagle HS Improvement's crew addressed in a prompt, professional and honorable manner. I had a fieldstone foundation as well as a fieldstone bulkhead cellar access that needed work. The fieldstone bulkhead was replaced and they also took care of a cracked poured concrete back porch - as the fieldstones that were originally supporting that had literally rolled out. When they took care of the bulkhead and replaced it with a poured concrete foundation, they also extended that under the back porch to support it! The cellar door inside the bulkhead was also updated. Further, they added support to the back porch roof by making the existing supports more sturdy! The fieldstone cellar walls were patched, built up and smoothed out both inside and out leaving a much more desired professional result! They also kindly accomplished the rearranging of material around the cellar to allow them access to the walls. I was very pleased with their work!"

"Aleksandr did a great job remodeling my deck. He completely transformed it with a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and quality workmanship. I am very happy with the results and will definitely call him again for future projects. Thanks again to HORIZON HOME IMPROVEMENTS!"
