Explain very well what was wrong with the old, outdated cartridge, which is 15 years old. Give me the choice to replace the whole assembly because they do not make that kind of cartridge anymore. "Mike was excellent. He came in was very polite and professional. He quickly provided the quote and in less than an hour had removed the old leaky faucet and installed the new one. It worked perfectly and looks amazing in the kitchen. Mike removed all the old parts and new faucet packaging. He even gave me pointers on diy checking water pressure to make sure there is not too much pressure coming in. Also, reminded me to register my Delta faucet which I did shortly after. "I would give them a 0 star if i could. This company installed a high-efficiency, EPA-rated woodstove insert that does not heat the room it was installed in. I was told it was the “best bang for the buck” and a reliable unit, but that has not been the case. When I raised concerns after installation, I was told nothing was wrong and was even accused of using unseasoned wood—which was not true. Instead of taking responsibility or offering a solution, they dismissed my concerns and refused to help. Now I am stuck with a unit that doesn't work. The lack of accountability and customer service has been extremely disappointing. Based on my experience, I will not be doing business with them again."
