"Contacted Mark within 3 days he was at my home and providing a detailed quote. Might seem small but he was the only one out of 4 contractors who actually measured the space to provide an accurate and detailed estimate. He while discussing what I wanted with me made many recommendations and even mentioned ways to get the job done but at a lower cost. He had the estimate to me within 2 days and it was super detailed and broken down with 3 different ways to complete it. He was on time daily as was his crew. Work areas were cleaned daily. He closed up a broken window for us, redid a dirt floor with drainage and concrete, repointed and waterproofed our basement foundation, ripped out and fully replaced basement access stairs. He even noticed a window that was broken we didn’t and closed it up for no charge. He added a drain to the exterior steps at no charge wasn’t in contract he just knew it was needed, the steps he replaced had asphalt around them and he even repaired the asphalt at no c"

Stetson and his guy did an amazing job? the site was leveled, cleaned and all debris removed I seriously highly recommend the Travers company I look forward to using them again. Next I wanted to seed with clover, as we have a female dog and she’s destroyed our lawn. He was upfront he’d never done clover before, but neither have I, so we figured we’d give it a shot. He showed up exactly when he said he would and did a really nice job. I’m excited to see how the clover turns out. It’s on me now to ensure I water properly while the seeds germinate. 🤞🏻"
