Daniel responded quickly and said would be easier for him to simply replace the ceiling, rather than repair it -- even so, his estimate for ceiling replacement and painting was considerably less than two other estimates I had already received, both of which were for ceiling repair -- not full replacement -- and painting. The ceiling replacement took one day: Daniel and his helper arrived on time, took time to prep the space and our entryway, and worked extremely cleanly. A few days later, after allowing things to dry out, Daniel sent a painter to prime/paint the new ceiling and the bathroom walls. That work was also done quickly and cleanly.
