"when tech showed up the dryer seemed to be working and heating however it did not when I called, seemed the heating element was cracked creating and off and on working condition. "<p>I got an e-mail from Angie's List about a big deal for this company to do a large appliance repair for $99.  Unfortunately, it was supposed to only be sent to members in Wicomico County but Shawn honored the deal and came to my house in Sussex County.  He showed up and knew what was wrong in five minutes.  He left to get a part and came back within the hour and my dryer was fixed.  Not only did he fix the dryer, he gave me a lesson in washers and dryers so I'll know what to look for when I do go to replace them in the future.  But I'm glad I chose to fix my dryer instead of replacing it!  I'm sure Shawn made no money doing this repair and I am grateful that he came out of his service area.  This shows his integrity and he is very knowledgable.  If you're in Wicomico County, give him a call!</p> <br />"
