After struggling with various contractors who either failed to resolve our water issues or were unprofessional, DJ and his team truly stood out. Our home is a ranch with 225 linear feet around the perimeter, and while other contractors insisted on installing a French drain for the entire length, DJ recommended a more targeted approach. He proposed installing the French drain for just 80 linear feet, focusing only on the areas where water intrusion was likely. Nelson installed a French drain & sump pump which immediately got rid of the water seeping in. He also put up a vapor barrier which has kept my basement dry & no longer musty. My basement is completely water free and it’s been at least 15 months. It’s an amazing difference! I wish the ceiling was higher as it would be a great living space. "Zero stars if it were possible. Harry M came to my home and quoted me 200 dollars and cash was the only payment option he would accept. He came that Saturday and did a horrible job. He used my mower and it’s not working properly now. He didn’t have a working weed wacker and asked for my personal one. He left so many areas undone and I he did report he would come back to finish the job. This never happened; he kept saying he had me scheduled but forgot to tell me. A crew was supposed to come two Saturdays ago and this never happened. He does not respond to text messages. Most importantly, he asked to come to my house to BBQ and to date me. I have text messages to prove this. Even after I declined, he didn’t not understand no after being told several times. There’s a review on another site that doesn’t remove negative feedback and he called that person cursing them out and verbally threatening them. If he does this to me, I will immediately press charges. I’m reporting this fraud anywhere I can until I get my money back from this fraud."
