"From the sales bid to completion, everything was perfect! Neil was knowledgeable and very pleasant to talk to in regards to price and installation concerns. "I'm very happy with it. When I had my windows done throughout the house, I had one that cracked and they told me they would repair that when they put the garden window in and they did not do that. Some of the insulation that they put around the window is coming out and they were suppose to replace that, or at least bring it to me so that I could replace it and they did not do that. When I first decided on the garden window I thought I would pay it off monthly and they ran it through some company called GreenSky and meanwhile I changed my mind and decided to pay it off and get it over with and I still to this day get statements from GreenSky. I have called Bee window and the person has not called me back to call them and cancel that. I realize it might be already in the system and that may be why I may be getting a bill. I don't like it that I keep getting late charges. I don't own GreenSky a penny and I called and cancelled with them, but they want to hear from Bee window that the contract was cancelled and paid in full. 
Some people might think it's nit picking about the cracked window and the insulation coming out from the windows. But when you pay a decent price for something, you expect it to do it's job.

"We dealt with the owner, Mark Spencer, directly.  The process was virtually seamless from start to finish.  It was very reassuring to work with the owner.  He knows a ton about windows and home improvements in general (as also a general contractor).  He was more interested in finding out what we wanted than selling us on anything in particular.  That was a breath of fresh air for sure after looking at some other companies that send sales people to your door.  A lot was riding on this purchase, so we were glad to work with someone that knew what they were doing.  We decided on his company because of his experience and knowing that the relationship was important to him so he would take care of us.  We made a great choice.
During installation his crew was very experienced and professional.  I felt comfortable having these guys around the house.  I had planned to work from home, but after talking to them a little bit I just left them with my cell number and told them to let me know if they needed anything.  My wife was in and out through the whole project.  They finished most of the inside of our house on the first day (getting the windows actually installed).  They completed the big bow window and the sliding door on the second day and finished up the metal work the next morning.  When they were gone you would have never known they had ever been there...other than the brand new windows.  They were fantastic!
Our house was built in 1982 and our old windows were our driving source of energy inefficiency.  We did online research for almost a year (on and off) and when we got serious we had a couple of companies over.  One thing I learned is that a lot of window companies use the exact same manufacturer to build their windows, they just slap their name tag on them (and they can tweak the design...most likely for style...and the prices for the same windows vary like you wouldn't believe).  One company in particular was trying to sell us on the foam and metal material used for installation (claiming their stuff was the best).  I later found out that Mark's company was using the exact same materials.  In the end, I highly recommend Legacy Window & Door.  No gimmicks and a great product!

"Beyond the 4 Walls Construction tore down my old shed and built a new one in its place. Courtney, the owner, did a great job in a timely manner. He gave me more storage space by building the shed taller and installing more shelves. After building the new shed, they did a fantastic job in remodeling my garage. The garage was completely insulated, drywalled, a new ceiling remodeled, windows reframed and the garage was completely painted. At the end of each the day, everything was cleaned up and when the projects were completed, all debris was removed. Courtney is courteous, professional and dependable. "Abraham Home Improvement just installed a 12 x 12 deck for us. The 3 gentlemen were very friendly with both me and my pup. They were on time and worked a full day. They cleaned up any and all material, they also moved any extra material into my shed. They were reasonably price, and I am considering using them again. I have posted pictures on Facebook for all of my friends to see and I have a couple of people ask for their number. I would most definitely recommend them."
