"In a most excellent outcome, Filip remodeled our upstairs master bath in a work week’s time. Filip and crew were mindful to lay drop cloths from the work area, down the stairs, and to our front door. He ran the complete scheduling of the demo, hot mop, and necessary plumbing adjustment (I used his plumber) processes like clockwork, and in the sheer synchronicity of one another. He does not work with electrical, nor install shower doors, nor drywall, nor paint; however, Filip did provide me with sound contact information enabling me to wicker in experienced professionals in those trades who were both responsive and reasonably priced. I absolutely love my modern master bath now and cannot stop peering in to see such beauty, such life, breathed into a formerly, troubling space. I highly recommend Filip and will definitely call on him again for future tile design."

"Divine Tile and Stone was VERY professional, friendly and hard-working.  They told us what would happen and when, and they kept to that schedule. They were punctual every day.  They put up plastic sheeting to protect the rest of the house from any dust.  They kept to the job time frame  and price as provided in their estimate  In fact, they finished a bit early.    <br /> The stairs were an usual shape and rather steep, and I was concerned.  However, the finished product is beautiful and solid.  All the floors are beautiful and I'm VERY pleased with their work.   They cleaned up every bit of their work as well as all the packaging material.  I highly recommend Divine Tile and Stone.  I plan on using them again when I install the backsplash in my kitchen.   <br /> <br />"

"He sent me photographs and dropped off a sample of stone. The stone worked beautifully with the cabinets and the sink vessel. However, because the sample was so small, we never noticed that it did not complement the color of the Italian tile on the walls. So someday this will need to be redone a third time. I wish the contractor would have pointed that out to me as I was not home when he installed the counter top and I would have stopped the install. But it is also probably not his responsibility to ensure that the stone he installs looks right either. That would probably have been my husband's. :) <br />"

"We had a couple of ceramic floor tiles where the grout had come loose and one of the tiles was cracked. Sasso Bello sent out someone to do an estimate the morning after I called them, and we were able to schedule them to complete the work a few days later. When they pulled up the two tiles that had the missing grout/cracks, they discovered that there was no sub-floor underneath, just the basic planks of the house's raised floor. The lack of a sub-floor in that spot was probably the reason for the grout problems and for the cracked tile. The individual went to Home Depot and purchased the additional supplies he would need to put in a proper sub floor, and completed the job. It was a little more than the original estimate because of the sub-floor issue, but not unreasonable. <br />"

"This is the third time we've used Natural Stone Design for granite work (in two houses).  They are excellent.  Prompt, clean, precise, talented. <br /> This time, we used gorgeous, complex Cozmos granite slabs -- which as the name suggests look like a picture of a galaxy, with swirls, colors, starlike flecks.  It also is very flaky and surprisingly fragile in the fabrication process. NSD did a great job of clean cuts/accents and matching seams.  At the onset, they secured our chosen slabs (and reserved backups from the same lot) from a granite yard with which they have a great relationship.  Then they gave us a tour of their facility to walk us through the entire process, and discussed all our options.  First, they laid out the tape/stencils on the four slabs, set them out in the sun for us to view, then had us come review/approve.  We decided we wanted a particular swirl prominently displayed on one wall, and they happily moved all the patterns around for us to accommodate our choice. NSD did an incredible job of matching the swirls and colors from counter/splash to counter/splash; the transitions are excellent, even when the patterns did not come from sections of the slabs that were cut near one another.   <br /> At installation, they did a fine job of onsite cuts, as well (outlets, small adjustments, etc.), and an excellent job of creating clean seams.  And we had wanted one huge wall slab to be installed in one piece, even though that meant oddly cutting it around cabinets, etc.; they created what we wanted and simply sent out lots of guys to start the day and put that heavy piece in safely and carefully.   <br /> Pat was our coordinator, and he was thorough and accommodating.    <br /> Pricing is highly competetive.  And they worked really well with our bathroom reno contractor (we insisted he use NSD).  <br /> We're big fans of NSD, will be using them for small bathrooms and our fireplace in a few months. <br />"
