"Installers did not come on time, two hours late. Then they had to validate that we paid Empire, which took an hour. The estimate of work was totally wrong, we were supposed to get a floating floor but the installers said they could not do that So they instead did a complete teardown of the existing floor and removed all the old tiles. The quarter round was included in the price of the materials but was never installed because we did not get a raised (floating) floor. So I think I was overcharged for the materials which were not used. I spoke to a number of persons at Empire about such issues without any resolution to my satisfaction. Besides all the problems encountered we do like the floor and it nice looking."

"Great job. Very professional. Highly recommend him. He moved big pieces of furniture and cleaned under my king sized bed. Put everything back where it belonged. Very nice man. would call on him again."

"Hi my name is Marilynn and I called your company and spoke to Tony regarding a leak in my tub, He came out to my house he was right on time for the appointment. He then gave me an estimate to fix my leak and resurface my tub and my sink. He and Fabian did an amazing job on both. They are great guys and just wanted to make sure I was happy with the job. They cleaned everything up and Tony gave me a call to follow up to see how everything was going!! I would highly recommend them, which I already have to my friends. Thank you."

"Moises and his crew did a great job .They were clean, efficient and and knowledgeable when it came time for their input . My Fiancé is very very picky and she could not of been happier with the outcome of both the quality of the work and pricing . A totally awesome experience . In fact we will be having them back later this summer for additional projects"

"I called Simple Flooring, and I received a prompt reply, and an estimate that was very reasonable. Two other companies also came out, but they did not seem to be as professional. The owner and his wife were very accommodating and the project started and finished on time. The quality of the flooring was very good, and the padding made a difference. If you need vinyl flooring done, I would strongly recommend this company. Sincerely, Dr. Yerkes Owner of Oak Lawn Dental L.L.C."
