" We met Thermal Shield at the WSAZ Home & Garden Show in March 2025 about enclosing our porch. An estimate and contract was done on April 10, 2025. That contract stated that the project would be completed in 20 weeks. That date would have been August 30, 2025. The work has not started and no materials have been delivered. I paid a deposit of $11,000 (eleven thousand dollars). After several weeks of hearing nothing, I contacted the company and the owner. The response was text messages. I finally contacted the owner and stated that the work order had expired weeks ago and with no contact from them and no start on our project, I wanted a refund of the $11,000 deposit. I informed him that I would allow 30 days for the refund and if it was not received by November 1, 2025 that I would proceed with other action. There has been no communication.
