"Matthew was the right guy for the work I needed done on my home! He was very quick and very well priced for the work that he did and I would highly recommend him to anybody needing work done on their home. I had him replace rotted window sill and completely reframe for new windows I had installed by him and I had also inspect other windows for rot and had new exterior trim installed to give my home a new look! I also had roughly 40’ of facia board replaced and new facia trim installed due to rot and he did a great job!"

"we have already recommended to another home owner who needed roofing."

"Josh, with a&j handyman llc, is the best man for any job. We bought a new home in 2016, and searched for a contractor we felt comfortable with. My wife and I loved the ideas that Josh was able to come up with. Any changes to plans (and we had lots) were easily handled by Josh. A&J Handyman is a reliable, professional, and affordable company that I would happily recommend to anyone for any job."

"The crew was so polite . The project looks great! No matter what I asked them to do they acomplished the task. My house was damaged by woodpeckers and they had to repair that damage before they could start. All suggestions by Anthony and Karen were wonderful. My house looks brand new!!! "You get what you pay for.""

"Chris and his team are hands down the best general contractors in southern Ohio. I hired him to do a total remodel in 2025, on a house that I purchased to flip. He was quick, efficient, and his quote was excellent. I’m a real estate broker and I’m picky about who I hire. I would not use anyone else and I will definitely hire him again."

"Best experience ever! Most professional group I’ve ever worked with, especially Jay Miller. Hope the company knows what a treasure he is. He even came out a few extra times to answer questions for a potential buyer of our home. Top notch all the way around. Would highly recommend to anyone needing home services. The whole team was curteous and kind. Cleaned up afterwards too!"

"Truly appreciated the professionalism of Pro Performance Industries, LLC. From the quote to the finished product, they kept in constant communication with me. I needed an old disability ramp and deck torn down and a new one rebuilt, with a few modifications. The finished product is well crafted, and is beautiful. I highly recommend Pro Performance Industries, LLC for any home project."

"They sit down with me with my list of things I want to redo to my home they then came to my home do to an assesment for cost. Once there they discovered the cause of the problems due to neglect from previous owners, the took pictures of the problem areas to not just tell me but be able to show me that these were true problems. That was something I appreciated. They then sit with me to disscus the prices of the repairs as well as the cosmetic issuers I wanted addressed. They not only completed the jobs that were wanted they completed the problems to the home to help me save energy and stop the causes of problems with my home."
