"good install professional polite tidy replace & install new shower in 1 day answered questions"

"I had Ken and his crew come out in Dec. 2019 to install a new shower and replace two sink faucets in our primary bathroom. They did a great job. We did need a little warranty work done recently and they sent out a service technician who did what we asked courteously and professionally. I love a company that stands behind their work and Prime Baths in Coal City does just that. Will use them again as needed for sure."

"We love our new bathtub, surround and shower doors! Don and Carol came out to give us a price and two weeks later we had a beautiful bathroom. Ken the installer was very professional and very meticulous in his work. He was awesome and did a fantastic job. He always arrived on time and cleaned up very well. We are very happy with Bathcrest of Chicago!"

"My days are busy, demanding, and centered around caring for others, so having a calm, functional space at home matters a lot to me. We recently remodeled our bathroom by adding a walk-in shower and updating the fixtures, and the transformation has been wonderful. The installation team was excellent. They worked efficiently, kept the area tidy, and paid close attention to detail. The new walk-in shower feels spacious and comfortable, and the updated fixtures make the entire bathroom feel refreshed and much more functional. The bathroom is brighter, easier to clean, and much more comfortable to use every day. After spending so much time in fast-paced environments, it?s nice to come home to a space that feels calm and thoughtfully designed. Century City Baths made the process smooth from start to finish, and we?re extremely happy with the results."

"From Start to finish, it was the best experience. I was worried about about the project because of passed experiences. But House Doctors quickly put my worries to rest. The Sales team was open and honest from start to finish. Eric and his team were on time clean and did a great job with the shower. Highly recommend House Doctors"

"My basement shower drainage was totally blocked. Called the Reliance plumbing, Joe Schutz come the next day. Joe did an excellent job, solve the problem, clean the work place., very professional. I am happy with the work they did for me."

"We hired Jack some time ago for some big jobs and are having issues now because of shoddy work done at the time. First, both bathrooms’ ceilings were painted with flat paint. Over time, the moisture caused the paint to flake and mold to form. A semi- gloss should have been used, which I would have expected a professional to know. We had them install a jacuzzi tub. The plumber mixed the hot and cold lines. We had to shut the water to the jacuzzi off to be able to get hot water in the shower. We will be selling soon and this will not be a cheap fix. The upper cabinets they installed in the kitchen are coming off of the ceiling. The rest of the work was okay, but not happy about having unprofessional with done after we paid so much."

"I used Toptec to install my furnace. They did a great job from start to finish. Adam was very knowledgeable and business oriented."

"Moved up installation when our new window was ready. Even workEd a holiday to complete the job so that we wouldnâ t have to reschedule tub refinishing. Very neat."

"Marius & Alex were great. They fixed the drywall first and then installed the tile. I accidentally miscalculated the amount of tile needed and they went above and beyond by hand cutting and placing the tile. They were AWESOME!"
