They used wood screws to secure a shower door frame and failed to caulk any of the joints. They also left a ton of damage to my walls that I had to call them back to repair and repaint. To aid with entry to my building, I loaned them a set of spare keys, which they forgot to bring and had to return on a separate trip. After I submitted the final payment, I found that they neglected to secure the button sill of the shower door at all and it simply slid out of place. I sent Ron a message asking for a return of my payment and he has been silent. Amateur work, no attention to detail, carelessness. Don't hire these guys for your project, hire professionals"

From the outset, Tom demonstrated exceptional craftsmanship, creative spirit, and a deep understanding of the materials. We selected Tom due to his expertise and experience with TimberTech, his competitive pricing, and his flexibility with the project scope. We received quotes from three other deck companies, all of which were more expensive and less accommodating. Tom was thorough, detailed, flexible, patient, and kind. We recommend Tom and his work, however, a few considerations to keep in mind: 1. Our project was planned for 2023 but was ultimately delayed into 2024 due to unforeseen financial circumstances and impacts from other projects. Though unplanned and unfortunate, Tom maintained consistent communication with us throughout this period. 2. Tom operates mostly as a one-man team. While this is reflected in his lower overhead costs, it also means that the project pace will likely be slower compared to companies with larger teams.
