"Wes and his team saved us from a terrible situation! We recently had our bathroom completely redone by a contractor who we didn't really know, and the work wasn't done well. We called in Wes, having worked with him several years ago to tile our kitchen, and he came by to take a look. Thank goodness he did! After his initial assessment, he knew right away that our "new" shower was likely leaking, and that there were multiple issues with both the tile and the structure of the shower itself. Wes coached us through buying the materials that we would need, and drew up a contract to get going on the project as soon as possible. After demolition, the problems really became apparent! All kinds of leaks, CUT FLOOR JOISTS, and other incredibly sketchy shortcuts from the original contractor. Wes walked us through the best strategy to fix everything and his team worked diligently to correct all of the issues and tile the shower beautifully. We will be working with Wes again for many more projects, particularly fixing the floor in this bathroom, which was also a hack job. He has been professional and courteous in all of our dealings with him, he shows up on time when he says he will, answers all of our questions truthfully and in depth, and he cleaned up after himself at the end of every day and at the end of the job, which is always a huge bonus! "Horrible service, not recommended at all. I had a water pipe burst in my Kitchen and contact them in April, they stared very professional went home, reviewed the insurance estimate and said they could do the job within the budget, they went and removed the floor, the walls and out big industrial fans for a whole weekend saying they were going to be back on Monday and they didn't a few days went by when they sent someone to pick up the fans but not to start the job. The communication was horrible and they kept me like that for months only communication was asking for the payment for the mitigation, weeks went by and no communication. At last they said they had to request more money from insurance and when they insurance said they were not going to pay anymore they just told me they couldn't do the job, this is already in July, 3 months in my house without floor, wall, breathing dust. Very unprofessional, rude people, i will never recommend these people for a job."

"Through Angie’s list, I paid $195 for cleaning service from this company. Called repeatedly. he keep on rescheduling and would say he’s call back. He didn’t. Finally got a hold of him and he gave me this story of him going through a divorce and Angie’s List not giving him money. I gave him the benefit of the doubt. When the day came for him to come, he no showed. Do not use his service. This guy is a scammer and I’m really upset that Angie’s list was complicit."
