"The install crew (Anthony and Chris) arrived at our house shortly after 9 am. The promised time was between 9-10 am. They finished up the job of installing 7 windows at 2 pm. They were very nice, professional, courteous, considerate, and did a fantastic job with the install. They were both very efficient. Many times workers will come and sit or stand around or play on their phones etc. But both guys were on task and finished up ahead of schedule. The windows look and work fantastic. The inspection was done a week later from City of Tallahassee. There was one screen that had a little hole in it, but WWT immediately placed an order for a replacement and it will be replaced as soon as it gets in. Wonderful product, customer service, and great price. All-in-all a great experience starting with my online inquiry to get an estimate, the sales/estimate person in our home explaining and answering questions, office staff setting up appointments and follow-up phone calls and emails (Sarah and Marcy), and the install crew's punctual and professional job. Would highly recommend WWT!"

"There was a 2-3 week delay in getting the windows for the enclosed patio but no fault of Porch Masters. <br /> In fact they got us a $500 reduction for the delay. Last June I called for some small additional work on the porch & they responded immediately. It should be noted that they provided many references prior to the job. "My roof had sustained damage from recent severe storms in my area. I contacted several roofing companies, through internet searches and some local advertisers. I received a few inspections and multiple estimates, but wasn't satisfied or felt comfortable enough with any of those contractors to hire them do the job. They did an excellent job, completed the roof and cleaned up the debris all in the same day. "I was a little nervous about ordering windows on the internet using measurements I'd taken myself, but I loved the design on the website so, initially I only ordered 2 windows to check the quality, my ability to measure accurately and the company's ability to build to my measurements. Jeff, the salesman I dealt with was attentive without being overwhelming and the first order was delivered in about 4 weeks. The windows were exactly what I was looking for and fitting them was a breeze. I followed up with another order for the remaining 13 windows in my porch and again, they arrived quickly, were of great quality, exactly to size and easy to fit. "It was a good experience.  They did a good job with the windows and doors.  The windows cost me $6000 and the doors cost me $3000.  I was happy with the installation.  Considering the fact that I have lifetime warranty on them and that they would replace anything that needs to be replaced, the price was very good.  I didn’t have any concerns."

"Screens are not what they say. I have so many gnats and so much windblown dirt in the window seals it's awful. The site says 10% discount for seniors. At what age do they consider to be senior? I didn't receive a discount either time and i'm 62. The second salesman was nice but pushy and very quick to put the contract in front of us. Not to happy with that.Overlooked a few details I wanted to discuss. Loved the first salesman we had which was a much more mature and helpful gentleman. Call back on checking work after it was finished didn't happen the second time. Overall I think they are way overpriced. Waiting on third install."
