The stuff that I needed to have done didn't take 4 hours. What I was having done wasn't difficult. He showed up on time and he seemed to know what he was doing so I can't ask for more than that. There was no worst part. The best part was he was a nice guy. We had something in common to talk about so we were able to chitchat while he was working. I think it was worth a hundred bucks. It took a while to get it scheduled. I would possibly use them in the future if I needed more the same type of stuff done."

"Select Electrical was initially hired to perform a simple job (replacing three light fixtures). It was discovered while replacing one that it had previously been installed unsafely and incorrectly. They were able to come back quickly (within a few days) and resolve the issue so that we wouldn’t be without a light in our bathroom for too long. All the fixtures were installed well and work perfectly. Even though it turned into a larger than expected job, we were happy to have fixed something that was unsafe before it became a hazard. "Not well as it should have, either with their organization or with the installations. Poor communications within their company meant they sent a crew here for a few hours not knowing what to do or equipped to do it. Had to reschedule for another date. Maybe they are fine with new fixtures in new homes, but we have an older house (1900) and wanted to install older fixtures to match. A few of these fixtures needed some basic, easy to obtain parts. One of the electricians in the crew knew what he was doing, but another was clearly uncomfortable with the older fixtures and ultimately unable to install two of them. They did honor their price quote, and show up on the date(s) they said, albeit a little late, and most of their work was OK. But communications with the company and some of the work did not inspire confidence."
