The work was performed when he told us it would be and completed very efficiently and effectively. He communicated regularly and advised when unforeseen complications arose (there weren't many but I expected on a 30 year old roof on a 70 year old house there would be some). His pricing was transparent and fair. I would absolutely recommend Rackley Roofing and Supply for roof and gutter work in the Atlanta area."

"Had a ceiling leak that was clearly coming from a roof issue. Had the guys that put the roof on originally come out and they pulled out their drone and then came back with a $1,000 estimate. I decided to get a 2nd opinion, Mike from 4 Seasons came out, actually pulled out is ladder and inspected by getting up on the roof (imagine that!). He said he could do what the big roof company wanted to do for a little less but was not necessary and it was clear it just needed some resealing in one area where two roofs came together. While he was up there he inspected another area and nailed down a shingle or two and did another minor fix that caught his eye and was preventing water from dropping into my gutter guard topper (was flowing over it). The repair has been through at least 2 very heavy rains so it looks like the repair worked and I saved a ton of money. I have already referred them to a friend who may need a roof."

"LRG showed up on time for both the evaluation and to complete the job and had great communication via text. The roof repair was done thorough and matched the surrounding roof in addition to calking some adjacent areas that needed some attention. "We hired Pro Performance Painting to paint the exterior of our home. We did so after receiving other competitive quotes, meeting with the owner Matt, checking the company’s reviews on multiple sites and investigating the company’s standing with the Better Business Bureau, etc. From all indications, it seemed that they would do an excellent job for us. Unfortunately, this was not the case. Matt sent a crew to paint our home that was definitely not his “A” team. Try more like his “D” team. They did work diligently when they were on-site but their skill set was not up to par. They did not tape off windows to protect against overspray and when they attempted to scrape off the overspray, they scratched our windows (our professional window cleaner confirmed this during a post- job cleaning) and they gouged our wood windows frames from excessive scraping, removing the newly applied paint on most frames. No attempt was made to apply caulking to camoflauge their errors (we hired a handyman to do this b/c Matt stopped responding to our requests). The paint coverage was poorly, thinly or simply not applied in many areas - downspouts, eaves, around decorative trim, etc. -and had to be re-done in several areas. Communication on the job was not good either - workers had to re-paint several trim areas b/c they were not told the correct color to paint. We still have a piece of trim on the front of our home that was never corrected to the right trim color. We have a black iron fence that was supposed to be cleaned of all rust and then spray painted and the entire underside of it was never done. Mind you, this was an add on expense but it simply was only partially done. In an attempt to appease us, Matt asked us to document our areas of concern in writing, along with photographs, which we provided to him. Some areas were addressed, others were simply ignored. He finally stopped responding to our texts, calls, emails, etc. and completely “ghosted” us. Not a kind way of handling customers who paid nearly $9,000 by a man who wears a “WWJD” bracelet. There’s a one-year warranty that came with this paint job and we have absolutely zero assurance that Pro Performance Painting would ever honor it, given the fact the initial work was either never completed or poorly performed to begin with. We would never recommend this company to anyone looking for a quality paint job."

"The contract session was with Stephan Boyer. He was very through and informative. We knew exactly what we were getting and what to expect. Chris Renda and his crew showed up as promised. They showed up with all materials and immediately started work. The crew took no breaks and barely took time for lunch.. Chris Renda kept us infomed of everything going on.He found that our dormers had not been wrapped or waterproofed so he removed all the siding and began wrapping and waterproofing the dormers for us! The crew took 5 days of hard nonstop work installing our beautiful new patina green metal roof. We are completely satisfied! !

The price was fair and competitive. We had used Wildlife Evictors on our previous home and was so satisfied with the service and workmanship that we used them on our next home. They even include a transferrable warranty so if you sell your home, the warranty will cover the buyers for the remaining time on the warranty. You can renew the warranty for a very reasonable cost, as well. Shinya backs up his workmanship and is readily available for questions or concerns.
