He said we had more than sufficient damage to meet the criteria for Allstate to replace our roof under our coverage. He worked with us to file the claim and then with the Allstate adjusters. It ended up being a LONG battle with Allstate as one office seemed to simply refuse regardless of the detailed pictures and supporting adjuster reports. We FINALLY got through that barrier with Mike going to bat with us 1000% and Allstate covered it all. Capital Palmetto Builders did a GREAT job on replacing our roof and gutters and gutter guards. With all the banging on the roof during the old roofing shingle demolition, some of our cathedral ceilings had nail pops. We showed them to Mike and he immediately arranged for a crew to come in and fix them, even found others that I'd missed. They did the repairs and painting in a VERY professional manner. We couldn't be happier."

"I was able to get in touch with Steve within a day of referral. He conducted an inspection on October 17, 2018. He determined that he had to remove the vinyl siding, the post vinyl siding, and roof shingles on the back left corner by the low slope roof. He returned on October 24, 2018 and discovered that the corner was not properly flashed. He flashed the corner and other improperly flashed places he discovered, extended the overhang on the corner and replaced items removed to include new shingles. During the whole process, I was given detailed information and visuals of the problem and repair."
