"I was a little nervous about ordering windows on the internet using measurements I'd taken myself, but I loved the design on the website so, initially I only ordered 2 windows to check the quality, my ability to measure accurately and the company's ability to build to my measurements. Jeff, the salesman I dealt with was attentive without being overwhelming and the first order was delivered in about 4 weeks. The windows were exactly what I was looking for and fitting them was a breeze. Russ did an excellent job explaining the process, and with communication from quote through installation. I also really appreciated the storage trailer offered (free of charge!) to provide a secure location for the items from my garage during the installation process. "Bruce arrived to start the job on time and is quite methodical, with everything going in the right order. He has the tools to do ANYTHING and completely filled our 2 car garage with tools, materials, cabinets, etc. Since everything was replaced, he had to use skills on so many levels, including dry wall, insulation, flooring, electrical, plumbing, granite work, painting, heating, etc. I think he truly excels at molding/trim work and the cabinet installing. Perfection. An example of true attention to detail: Since they had to cut into our floor joists (beneath the bathroom) to accommodate new drain systems, Bruce took it upon himself to find a local metal fabricator to create steel U-shaped supports so that our floor remained as strong as before. Some people would have left that out.... He wanted things to be correct and often asked for our approval...making any changes we requested along the way. He is approachable. He had a great, professional introduction the first day we met and proposed a budget. Why we did not give Bruce all A's---and if there is any down side---it would be a rather severe minimizing of the total amount of time needed for the project. As a builder, he is hard to fault in that we did stick to our agreed budget and if he was working for weeks beyond the planned completion time...well, it was not costing us any more. I believe Bruce to be a very honest person and understand that any building project has delays. Toward the end, as another project became reality, I believe Bruce lost some focus here. That said, we are happy with our finished bathroom and make a positive recommendation. Your Designs LLC can be trusted. ((I am having trouble porting over pictures...sorry...if I can add them later, I will. For now, I can say I think it looks just as we planned...and this company delivered!))"

"From start to finish it was great. We set it all up with Jeff Johnson at the HWC offices which was a very pleasant experience. We felt we were quoted a very fair price for the amount of work we needed done. Although a number of workmen were involved in this 2 1/2 week project, Tom P. oversaw it all as Project Manager and his 2 main guys (Jeff and Jerry) did an outstanding job and were very courteous and pleasant to talk with. The work was completed on schedule and any little fixes were done quickly. The workmanship and quality were excellent, the workers were very careful to protect the rest of our home from dirt and dust, and my wife and I are very happy with the results. We would highly recommend HWC. <br />"

"Scott and company were easy to deal with and did everything they said they would do. I had them sister some joists, finish  rooms in the basement, add lighting and a wet bar. They also put down some tile and put in a bigger service panel. Permits were pulled and inspections completed. I would recommend adding Miller Building to your list of potential service providers"

"From start to finish I could not be happier.   I had an idea (a rough idea) of what I wanted to do.    Dan sat with me (listened with patience) and helped me work through the details of my project, he talked to me about what was important and what was not... after he helped me design the building and details that went along with it.    Along the way he worked with me to make adjustments to the design, as well as offered ideas and solutions to reduce my cost (he saved me about 15%).   There were things I didn't think about when I put my plans in place, Dan communicated with me along the way allowing me to think through the changes as well as the pros/cons of doing so.   There were changes we made along the way that make a lot of sense now that the building is complete.   Amazing work!!! <br /> To find a builder who can complete the work start to finish, stay true to his commitments, and more importantly listen to you is not easy to find.   Dan fits this mold. <br /> I have worked with at least 10 builders in the last 20 years...   this is the first review I have written.   The reason I am writing this review is Dan did an awesome job!    From start to finish communication was great, the work was awesome, and the price was right.    With 100% confidence I would recommend Dan and Patriot Builders to take on a small project to building a high end 6,000 sq foot home.   I am attaching my personal cell phone if you would like to personally talk to me - Frank (913) 461-7217  I will be more then happy to show you the work he did. <br /> Dan, thank you!   Its nice to work with folks who get stuff done! <br />"
