He explained how he would install the windows to both be very attractive and weather tight. He was patient with decisions. He was willing to hold various types of siding in place so i could get a real idea of how the different options would work. His eye for detail is amazing and his desire for perfection is evident. The woodwork Ed did on the inside framing of the windows is beautiful. He has worked harder than any previous builder to be sure i was happy with the end result. On a day to day basis, Ed and his workers were professional and easy to "live with". They were always sensitive to avoiding more upheaval than necessary for such a long project. They cleaned up every night and left the place as neat as possible. They always informed me of their arrivals for the next day and of any delays. I would definitely recommend Northwest Tile and Interiors for any of this type of work."

"I have used several Granite Gold products and like their effectiveness because they do what they are supposed to do. No strong fumes or irritating skin problems. The granite counter top daily cleaner and polish are so easy to use (spay it on and wipe with a paper towel) to keep all your stone products clean and shiny. I was surprised to see how effective the grout cleaner is. I sprayed it on some dirty tire floors in the bathroom and let it sit for a couple of minutes. Then I went over it with the scrub brush they provide. It looked clean then, but when it dried, it was much brighter. This is a 40 Year old bathroom tile floor pictured. Granite Gold also provides excellent professional support."

"The movers arrived on time and were polite and professional.  I take no issue with the individuals providing the service.  However, I was quoted a price of $368 for my move and ended up being charged over $500, including tip. <br /> I admit it did not occur to me at the time, amidst the chaos of moving, that no documents were presented to me and I never signed any paperwork.  An individual from the office took my AMEX information over the phone but I was not made aware of the final charges until my AMEX statement arrived.  While I hope this was an unfortunate oversight and not representative of how the company conducts itself, the idea makes me rather uncomfortable. <br /> In retrospect it was foolish of me to allow my belongings to be loaded on a truck and driven away with no written agreement. <br />"

"I know a bit about carpet cleaning, due to the fact that my step-father operated a business that my brother and I worked for, when I was a teenager, so it was very apparent this team not only knew what they were doing, but put all the furniture up on styrofoam blocks, to allow the carpet to dry and not have rust marks from metal or damage the wood legs, in the damp carpet.
